If it’s a baby tooth, do not try to reinsert it, as this could damage the developing adult tooth underneath. If it’s a permanent tooth, timing is crucial. Gently rinse the tooth with cold water, being careful not to touch the root. If possible, try to place it back into the socket or store it in a glass of cold milk or the child’s saliva. Then, visit our dental clinic immediately ideally within 30 minutes. The quicker the response, the higher the chances of saving the tooth.
